The West Midlands Quaker Peace Education Project (WMQPEP), set up in 1984, has an office and resource library in Dudley and directly employs a manager and an administrator. Both appointments are part-time.

Warwickshire and Staffordshire Monthly Meetings of the Society of Friends appoint a Steering Group who manage the Project. Conflict Resolution and other courses are taught by a team of freelance workers.
